Sure is quiet. The SEC filings they made haven't said much about its status and there haven't been any happy press releases from management. So, is this thing dead? Did the road show go badly? Anyone got any intel?
ddo2, I think an IPO is unlikely for now. IWST just revalued its shares by .10/share and published the new estimated share value: $6.95. The previous value was $6.85 (as of December 31, 2009), and at that time IWST said that since it was pursuing an IPO, it was not planning to publish an estimated annual statement of value of its common stock as of December 31, 2010. Given their reticence to publish estimated values prior to an IPO in the past, this new estimated valuation probably means that the IWST IPO is not getting off the ground anytime soon.
