They have to rip you off so that they can afford to dangle 8% commissions in front of the losers across the country that push this crap.
Forget well established reits that already have proven track records and have grown by 25% per year for the lsat 3 yrs - put your hard earned money into NPTR and watch it disappear.
The guys that run these ponzi-like schemes are flat our crooks.

This is just insane. I mean, the influence that the people have over the govt. is making it hard for people like us. I don't think raising our voice against this will be useful at all. But that does not mean we should keep calm.
