Re: Recommendations For Current Investors

Apple Nine earnings released. Did not seem too bad - better than previous year. Also, the number of redemption requests has increased but at a much slower pace. Does anyone know why less number of shares were redeemed in October 2011 than in April 2012 even though the number of redemption requests ...

Re: Where are the naysayers now people ??????????

The underlying financials don't make sense. The fact that the markets haven't beat them up for that doesn't change the fact that he financials don't make sense. I am glad they are doing well. It is better for the entire industry, and displays how hungry the Street is right now for alternatives. Don'...

Re: Opinions on HTA?

HTA is the girl whose parents sent her to a catholic school because she was caught giving head to the entire football team. Even after that hard Catholic schooling, she still hooked up with the whole basketball team at St. Johns. Long story short, it is a flagrant slap in the face by very smart guys...

Re: Blue Vault

I would say Bluevault is probably the best source of data in the industry currently. Interestingly they are a couple of guys from the Wells back office from years ago if I understand correctly that wanted to improve the industry. The biggest problem I have with them, which really isn't their fault, ...

Re: Excessive HTA Compensation

This is probably one of the worst examples of poor mgmt by a REIT in the history of NTR. I am sorry for any investors out there whose advisors were stupid enough to not dig in on this.
