I spoke with a principal at Heffler and was told that the final accounting of claims was sent to the lawyers in late March/ The lawyers need to set a date with the court. The Judge Approved the Settlement

The Honorable Judge Kennelly approved the settlement agreement.
Thank you to everyone for your support during this ordeal.
Our lawyers did a great job in achieving a measure of justice for us.

Class Action Certified

The Judge certified our case as a class action.
Ours lawyers have surmounted the numerous diversionary obstacles created by the defendants. The Judge was distracted by their unfounded allegations.
We shall persevere.

I meant to say, "Repeating half truths does NOT make them truths."
The Konstand case is now in the Illinois Supreme Court.
Hopefully the judges there do not suffer from myopathy.
